RETURNS POLICY

You can return an order within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. You will not be refunded the original postage cost. You should fill in the enclosed form and return with your order.

Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, washed or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the time of receiving your item(s).

Please note underwear is non-returnable.

If you return an item beyond the 28-day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition, we will hold the item(s) until a minimum of £4.50 returns postage charge is paid to have this dispatched back to you.  Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to advise you of this.

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

For all UK and international returns, fill in the form that is enclosed with your order. Please state whether you require an exchange or refund. You will be contacted if we do not have your exchange request in stock. You should pack the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in their original condition with all labels intact and in original packaging so the product is in a condition to resell.

If you have misplaced the returns form then please email customerservice@swolegroup.com to request another which you can then print.

Swole Group cannot hold responsibility for any items that do not reach us, so we recommend always return via a recorded service.
